Hello R.P! I understand your concern about the weak signal and sudden loss of signal on your Huawei phone. Here are some tips to help you strengthen your signal:

1. Check network coverage: Make sure you are in an area with good network coverage. Sometimes, weak signals can be due to being in a remote location or being surrounded by obstacles that obstruct the signal.

2. Restart your phone: Restarting your phone can help refresh the network connection and may improve the signal strength.

3. Ensure SIM card is properly inserted: Remove the SIM card from your phone, clean it gently with a microfiber cloth, and reinsert it properly. A poorly inserted SIM card can cause signal issues.

4. Disable battery-saving mode: Some Huawei phones have a battery-saving mode that may limit network connectivity to conserve power. Check your phone's settings and disable any power-saving modes that may be affecting the signal strength.

5. Update software: Ensure your phone's software is up to date. Manufacturers often release software updates that can improve network connectivity and signal strength.

6. Switch network modes: In your phone's settings, try switching between different network modes (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G) to see if any of them provide a stronger signal.

7. Reset network settings: If none of the above steps help, you can try resetting your phone's network settings. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so make sure to note them down before resetting.

8. Contact your network provider: If the issue persists, it may be worth contacting your network provider to inquire about any network-related problems in your area or to check if there are any network outages or maintenance ongoing.

Hopefully, these tips will help you improve the signal strength on your Huawei phone. If the problem continues, consider visiting an authorized service center for further assistance.

I apologize for the confusion earlier. If you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps and the signal is still weak on your Huawei phone, performing a backup and factory reset can be a last resort to potentially resolve the issue. Here is how you can do it:

1. Backup your data: Before performing a factory reset, it's crucial to back up your important data, such as contacts, photos, videos, and any other files you don't want to lose. You can use various methods like Google Drive, Huawei's backup app, or connect your phone to a computer and manually copy the files.

2. Factory reset your phone: After backing up your data, go to your phone's settings and look for the "System" or "System & updates" option. Inside, you should find the "Reset" or "Backup & reset" option. Select it, and choose "Factory data reset." Confirm the reset and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

3. Restore your data: After the factory reset, set up your phone again as if it were new. Once you have completed the setup, you can restore your backed-up data from the backup method you used earlier.

Performing a factory reset can often resolve software-related issues that may be causing signal problems. However, please note that this process will erase all data and settings on your phone. Therefore, it is essential to back up your data beforehand.

If the signal issue persists even after the factory reset, it may be a hardware problem. In that case, I recommend contacting an authorized service center or Huawei customer support for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution.

nettwork side iyan boss ala ka na magagawa diyan, 4G does not mean malakas, it only means you have a bigger pipe but the amount of data that flows through it is still subject to netwok control
