Life is short pero baka mas umikli pa life mo jan. Practice mindfulness . Safe

take a break, inhale, exhale at pray TS. it works 👍

Goodluck

That's ok. It's better to feel sick now than get sick when you are doing an actual job.

Take a break if you can't take it anymore. Otherwise keep pushing and be the best you can be

I just wanna add. You will continually feel this thing of getting sick if you happen to be a frontend developer. The rate of new things and frameworks that are coming out at the frontend space is staggering. It doesn't matter what your experience are.

Being a senior developer doesn't give you an advantage either but rather you get what we call JavaScripr fatigue (or frontend fatigue). It's that feeling that you have to relearn the same things you have learned from an old lrom framework to a new shiny, framework. Being a new comer doesn't give you an advantage either because you get this feeling that you have to study a lot of things just to catch up.

The more you become experienced in frontend, the more you will realize it's a never ending journey. It's not the same as with backend only oriented languages (Note JavaScript is also a backend language).

You will get sick continuously. Get used to it.

If you stop learning just for 6 months about what's coming in frontend, you are already at a disadvantage when it comes to job opportunities or just the amount of new jargon you have to learn is scary.

Imagine Mobile Legends where they keep churning out new heroes every week and lots of buffing and nerfing. New maps and game styles. You can't stick on one style if you are competitive.

JavaScript is a frontend and backend language. It's probably one of the most useful language you could ever learn, so it's a good one to invest your time with.

I was like you when I used to worked on a call center. I wasn't happy with my job so I had to self study and use all my free time to learn everything. My college years was a waste of time. I was smart and had almost pertect grades but I feel I could do better if only I had better teachers but it turns out they don't exists or quite rare in college. When I took college here in the US as well, they were slightly better but not that good either. At the end of the day I had to force myself to learn.

Yes, I had been a Software Manager but chose to be a Lead Engineer instead for 11 years now. That's on top my non programming job (but still IT) before.

I am proficient in Java and JavaScript but decided to focus on JavaScript. I dabble with Python from time to time but now I dabble with Rust instead. I know a lot of languages so I can always work on any of them but in terms of expertise, if you point a gun on me, I will say JavaScript. I am both frontend and backend with JavaScript.

Programming is not about talent but it's about diligence and analytical thinking. As the saying goes, if there's a will, one will do everything to achieve iit. If one doesn't want it, they will make up excuses.
