Trivia Why do atheists not consider this to be a good reason to believe the Bible is the Word of God?

The Bible was written by 40 authors from three continents over nearly two thousand years and it's message is consistent. Why do atheists not consider this to be a good reason to believe the Bible is the Word of God?

Well obviously because atheists are not convinced that there is any deity, thus no deity with anything to say to anyone.

But even assuming that a deity of some kind exists and that the Bible’s “message is consistent” (a claim dubious in the extreme),
the properties it ascribes to God makes the skeptical reader wonder why it would take 40 authors from three continents, or for that matter one author from one continent, for God to speak.

We therefore do not consider “the Bible was written by 40 authors from three continents over nearly two thousand years” to be a reason at all, much less a good reason, to believe the Bible is the Word of God.

actually those people has the same goal with the Christians which is to "go to heaven"
they are religious as opposed to the atheists which require proof of heavens, so your comparison is invalid since the builders of the said tower are not atheists

pero boss anu ba talaga ang nagawa ng Diyos? kasi alam ko those people without wisdom are now able to edit our physical body and transforming it into something different, yet the physical body is claimed as god's creation, how come hindi sila pinaka matalino boss if they can actually edit god's work?
