I understand your frustration and the challenges you are facing with managing your salary. It can be disheartening when you have to divide your income between various expenses such as rent, daily expenses, and even indulge in a few luxuries for yourself. It becomes even more difficult when your boardmates constantly ask you for loans.

It's important to remember that you have worked hard for your money, putting in long hours and effort to earn it. It's completely understandable that you may feel hesitant to lend money to your boardmates, especially if they haven't ρáíd you back in the past. You have every right to prioritize your own needs and financial stability.

It's also worth considering having an open and honest conversation with your boardmates about your financial situation. Let them know that you also have financial obligations and cannot afford to lend money all the time. Setting boundaries and being firm about your financial limitations will help them understand your situation better.

Additionally, it's crucial to prioritize your own financial well-being. Ensure that you are saving enough for emergencies and future goals, as well as allocating funds for necessary expenses. It's okay to treat yourself occasionally, but it's important to strike a balance between enjoying the present and securing your financial future.

Remember, it's not selfish to take care of yourself and your financial stability. It's important to be firm in managing your finances and setting boundaries to ensure that you are not taken advantage of.
