Well. Depende yan brad sa level ng lifter. Kung newbie? 2 times a week? Although, pabor parin, kasi may newbie gains na tinatawag. Pero kawawa siya on the long run. And magiging prone sa injury yan. Kung sa intermediate to advance. Yun pwede, 2 times a week, pero depende naman sa volume, kasi pag sumobra over reaching naman, lalakas lang pero mag plateau. My take, sa newbie maganda full body workout muna para masanay ang katawan, gradual na lumipat sa push/pull/legs. Hindi masama ang bro splits, pero para lang muna sa intermidiate to advance.Thats bro split at hindi yan effective.
You need to workout each muscle part of your body 2x a week para mag grow.
Ex split
Mon: chest shoulder tricep
Tue: back bicep
Wed: legs
Thur: rest
Fri: upper body
Sat: legs
Sun: rest
