1. I am 12 weeks preggie. Safe po bang magpa ultrasound every month?

2. Ilang araw kong pinipilit na hindi magpuyat kaso di po ako agad makatulog eh... di daw maganda sa mga preggie ang pagpupuyat... any tips? Yung effective.

if regarding sa pag pupuyat .. hmm . .try siguru mag buy ng candle na meron lavender scent or yung oil lavender someting na pag nainitan meron smell lavender .. lavender atah po yung nag papa enduce ng sleeping .. then dapat syempre tahimik then dim light sa room .. and pray lang po before sleep . .

you cannot have an ultra-sound without a recommending medical professional so no need to know if ultra-sound is harmful or not
