Hindi totoong kaen tulog lang tataba kana, nasa katawan mo din yan pag mabilis metabolism mo kahit anong kaen mo di ka pa rin tataba, pinaka best na suggestion nakang sayo mag kikilos ka, kung di mo mabuhat sarili mo sa push ups pilitin mo kahit pa ilan ilan araw araw hanggang unang masanay sayo braso mo para mabuhat mo katawan mo sobrang same tayo ng kalagayan. pero ako ngayon kahit papano di ba sobrang patpatin suggest ko sayo bumili ka din dumb bells mura lang yun mag push up ka isa sa pinaka mabisa yun

pano ka tataba kung wala kang gagawin hahaha no pain no gain ika nga ako din patpatin hindi ako nag gygym tamang kain lang at ehersisyo sa umaga at gabi tapos kain pag nakakaramdam ng gutom kasi mabilis metbolism ng mga patpatin kaya dapat iwasang makaramdam ng gutom hannggat maari kain lang ng kain.

Diet and lifestyle. Taasan mo kinakain mong carbs and protein. Rice (max 2 cups), meat and eggs. Para di masyadong sumakit tyan mo, damihan mo fruits and vegies. After 2 weeks, pag tumaas weight mo pero ramdam mo mataas mass mo. Meaning mas mataas fat mo kesa sa recommended (check bmi with waist check), damihan mo physical activities mo. Be it running, jogging, outdoor games or outright gym routine. Basta yung magagamit mo yung bigger muscles mo which is mostly on the leg and back. There's no pinpoint fat reduction routine kaya maintain mo physical activities mo para hindi humabol ang fat timbang mo.
 
Nung 19 y/o ako at 168cm as 57kls or less ako. Now 24 na ko, at 170cm 66kls. No gym just physical activities and running for stamina para hindi agad hingalin.
 
tigil maryang palad.. kain ng madami tulog ng 8 oras inom lagi ng tubig maintain 8-10 glass per day... kain gulay ... or kung wala ka pa asawa... mag asawa ka na tiyak tataba ka.... hehe
