Good point and I wasnt able to elaborate this until now. When I say lift heavy iba iba kasi tayo ng starting weight that we can carry without injury.
To some they start for example with 10 pounds in the bench press and after 1 week they move to 20 pounds.
In others they start at 50 pounds and after 1 month move to 80 pounds.

Bottomline lift what is the heaviest weight for you. Remember proper form and technique to avoid injuries and work on adding weight as you feel comfortable after a given period of time. 😀

Good to suggest but dapat hindi mo binigla si ts nag reply na hindi kaya eh. Parang sinabi mo sa baby maglakad ka 😱 huwag ganun.

At ts as per sinabi nya 100 reps of push up.
Ganito sabi mo d mo maiangat sa sarili mo katawan. Bibigyan kita ng tip sa umaga stretch ka. Then do push up form then slowly push down. Then back up push up form go down in 5 reps muna. Meaning pa baba madali d ba? Huwag ka muna mag push pataas why? Hindi pa adapted muscles mo negatives muna. Gawin mo ito in one week straight then repl ka sa akin kung may changes sa form hands nakaalign sa shoulder feet together dont look look straight sa floor. Okey give it a try. Pag nakuha mo ito for sure makukuha mo iyan 100 push ups a day

Hello po maam. Hindi naman po sa magaling actually ginawa ko po iyan dati almost 2016. Nachallenge po kasi ako at that time i was depress and i loss my mom due to cancer. Its just a mindset. I am trying to help someone in need😊
 
Try mo po mag gym ganyan din problema ko dati. Tapos nag take ako ng supplements(muscle mass, amino 2222) na binibenta sa gym. Sobrang effective sya para sakin.


tama si paps ts. ganyan din ako pagkakaiba nga lang naten 5'7 lang ako tangkad mo haha. ilan weight mo? aral ka about macros sabayan mo supplements like whey serious mass gainer. nag take ako nyan mejo mahal pero worth it naman. add kolang sabayan mo ng di pagkain ng junk foods

edited: dimo need gym ts. di ako nag gygym pero nag gagain ako ng muscles and fats. i mean fats is di nako payat gaya ng date. mag walking ka enough na yung household chores mo na exercise.

ngek bakit naman tinamad nawalang ng motivation? As i said mindset lang po meaning disiplina. Like telling yourself why i do this because i want to stronger. Ganun ang mindset ko dyan. Dati payat ako sobra halos mabully na ng kapitbahay. Weak tamad nanlalambot walang confidence. Ganyan ako dati now hindi na nakita ko na self worth ko.😊

siguro tama ka wala nga akong motivation at proper knowledge sa pag eexercise envy ako masyado sa mga sê×ÿ na tao hays kakahiya

wag naman po inabot ng envy, hehe just love yourself po hindi ako fan ni bieber haha pero yan nalang talaga term na magagamit ko :)

Sabi na bat eh i feel you. Ganito dont be envy sa mga s3xy na iyan kulang sa pansin ang mga iyan. At isa pa negative chi ang envy alisin mo iyan maging positive now na as in 2020 na eh forget all those negatives at toxics move forward tayo. I suggest proper squats sa haus nyo kung d kaya mag gym. 😁

Thanks for the question. To be honest my life had been a constant battle with weight. Specifically in my case being overweight. Six years ago i really had to be serious with my health and make my bodybuilding life from a hobby to my passion due to illnesses like gout (very very painful), high blood, high cholesterol and others.

Im happy to share that the change was worth it. Along with my new passion of bodybuilding i rigorously studied methods, techniques, nutrition, human muscular system and so many others.

Although believe it or not i still struggle after so many years of being consistently working out 3 times a week but inspite of it the gains have been superb. No high blood pressure, less attacks of gout (before 10 or more times a year now minsan dalawa minsan nga wala pa in one year) and healthy cholesterol levels. Side effect pa malaki and maganda katawan mo.

My best advise to make it happen is truly be CONSISTENT. Kasi pag hindi mag roller coaster Improvements ng body mo. If you think about it. Spending 2 hours per gym session 3 times a week is just 24 hours or 1 day lang in 30 days. It means you only spend 12 days total in the gym within 365 days or 1 year.

Thinking this way I hope when you do bodybuilding rain or shine you can become consistent and be amazed kung paano mag develope katawan ng tao. Its actually not hard to be healthy. Sometimes its just ignorance kung pano mag exercise or lack of deep motivation kaya di ginagawa ng tao.

Lastly paps mas mura mag gym kesa ma ospital. Sa gym di lang gaganda katawan mo, healthy ka pa panlaban sa sakit and most of all ask people who go to the gym parang fountain of youth din. Di ka mabilis mag mukhang matanda.

I want you to know i train professionally, but im happy to answer all health questions related to exercise in guiding those who want to take charge of their lives, energy and body free of charge because to be honest marami talagang bad teaching and learnings sa bodybuilding.

Yung iba nanood lang ng YøùTùbé feeling nila alam na lahat ng kailangan. Sa totoo lang its better to do it right (walang sayang na oras) by either doing your own comprehesive study or hire a trainer to guide and motivate you. Any other questions feel free to ask. Cheers!

All i can say wow you really nail it. But those hardship is very intense from fat to fit. Keep it up and i mat say keep grinding and never give up. I respect your career as a bodybuilder.
Honestly may ibang bodybuilder na medyo mataas ang ego kaya ang dating mayabang. Unfortunately hindi ka ganun in fact you want to help others which is great.
Tama ka rin nanood lang ng YøùTùbé feeling alam na. Ang totoo they will never expose the secret of having it.
Dito i am going to share it but i am not sure if you are familiar of it. Mind muscle coordination. Kadalasan mo achieve mo ito mostly after one year but if you are smart enough to get it. You will dominate the heaviers weights that the last time you cant lift.

Knowing my career i chose to be power calis.
What is power calis? Its stands for powerlifting combine with calisthenics.
It requires tough mindset. No excuses and lastly focus on the finish. Pain is temporary.
 
Awesome response. I totally agree with you on emphasizing MOM as i call it or mind over muscle/mind on muscle. It really brings a tidal wave of benefits not only on gaining muscle but also on maintaining good form and technique.

Unfortunately this amazing wisdom are not always used by most new bodybuilders and even trainers who just focuses on the types of exercises, as well as never ending reps and sets.

I salute you for your passion of combining powerlifting with calisthenics. Most of us mere humans have the strenght to lift heavy but not have the endurance hence my adoration. I myself am a heavylifter. Having my deadlifts PR 5 sets by 5 reps at 380lbs, Squat at 400 and Bench press at 280lbs. Not incredible but a tad heavy. Make me run though and i swear in just a short jog im dead.

Lastly I just want to add for the benefit of many the amazing effects of Hypertrophy or Strength Conditioning. I truly believe in the years of doing this that for better and faster results there is no other route but what was mentioned. To simply define it is "lifting the heaviest weight you can COMFORTABLY perform the exercise and adding additional weights as the muscle becomes stronger after some duration of time'.

It is my belief that this affects all people with various goals of either desiring to loose or gain weight effectively. As in the end its all about positive results we all wish to gain

Probably thats a good mindset that you gain. Its not just you have it but taking care your body.
its just i realize that our body is Gods temple we should take good care of it. Pinahiram hindi lang basta binigay. Its our responsibility to take good care of it.
In regards sa mga trainers doesnt teach mom. Its because they dont know how or maybe they cant activate it. Sadly to say marami ka makikita nowadays na hindi maganda pundasyon sa weight lifting. Particularly pagdating sa strength. Doon mismo mo makikita ang tunay na lakas. Wala sa hitsura. Nasa tamang form.
Honestly minsan nadidismaya ako sa nakakasabayan ko sa gym puro maling form. Nahiya naman ako pagsabihan. Kasi minsan nasabihan ako huwag makialam. So thats it.
They thought malakas na lalo na deadlift. Many are scared of it because it will wreck your lowerback. But the truth is it will make you stronger. In proper form.
Ang tingin kasi ng iba sa deadlift it is a pull. But the truth is it is more on push. Sounds confusing. I myself discover it. So far its good to hear that someone like yoy know this. Just keep it up.
Kaya pala pinaghalo ko powerlift sa calisthenics is because i build my lower body for powerlift.upper body for calisthenics.

Hmmm mali ako, uminom ka pala ng kakaunting tubig para matagal mag proccess ang metabolism mo, i mean ang process to break down of food sa tiyan mo ay mayroong malaking bahagi ang tubig , so kung kaunti ang tubig mabagal ang process to break down food
Water molecules ang tigadala ng mga materyales para mag meet ang mga ito at maging panunaw, so kung kaunti ang tubig sa katawan mo kapag busog ka mabagal ang panunaw mo
 
I cant agree with you more. Kailangan ng tamang foundation and knowledge. Dun mo makukuha proper form or technique that will allow you to lift heavier hence develop superbly.

Nakakatawa lang talaga yung feeling na gusto mong itama yung iba pero either ayaw magpaturo kasi feeling magaling or pag tinuruan mo balik sa dati after one week kasi di talaga concerned sa result.
