pwede po both prepaid and postpaid. I think kuha ko na ang gist...probably nakakahalata sila na marami na nagrerequest ng unlock code sa kanila, but the problem is yung mga nag rerequest is hindi sila nagpprovide ng screenshot para kay NTC, kung baga request lang ng request. I don't know if this is considered only a minor issue especially since we are talking about a released memorandum signed by both parties involved but I can say for sure they will be penalized for something like this. Sa mga nagrerequest po ng kanilang unlock codes balitaan nyo rin si NTC about it by sending them proof, also ask Globe's consent first that you will send the screenshot of your convo following your concern. As I have said din sa previous post/comment ko this is not for those resellers or anything to gain the upper hand para pagkakitaan. It is a risk solely for individual and/or for personal use.
