Based on the troubleshooting steps you have already taken, it seems like you have covered the common reasons for a no display issue. Since you have already replaced the CMOS battery, RAM, reset the BIOS, and replaced the power supply, and the CPU fan is turning on but there is still no display and no LED light blinking, there are a few more things you can try:

1. Check the CPU: Make sure the CPU is properly seated in the socket and that there are no bent pins. If possible, try testing the CPU in another compatible motherboard to see if it is functioning properly.

2. Check the GPU: If you have a dedicated graphics card, try reseating it in the PCIe slot. If you are using integrated graphics, try installing a dedicated graphics card to see if the issue is with the onboard graphics.

3. Check the Monitor and Cables: Ensure that the monitor is connected properly to both the power source and the graphics output on the motherboard or graphics card. Try using a different monitor or cable to rule out any issues with the display.

4. Inspect the Motherboard: Look for any physical damage or signs of malfunction on the motherboard such as bulging capacitors or burn marks. Ensure that all connections are secure and there are no loose components.

5. Test with Minimal Configuration: Disconnect all unnecessary components such as extra drives, peripherals, and non-essential hardware. Only leave the essential components like CPU, RAM, and GPU connected to see if the system boots up.

If after trying these steps you still do not get any display, it is possible that there may be a hardware failure with the motherboard or CPU. At this point, it might be best to consult a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair.

Same nung sakin. Sumabog psu dahil sa fluctuations. Nung bumili ako ng bagong mobo (same nung dati) nag on pero may led pa din na ilaw sa board pero blinking naman. Nung last time naka steady lang ung ilaw niya. Possible kaya na cpu na na ung damage?
