I understand that you are facing issues accessing the administrator account on your PC after a recent update. It seems that you are being prompted for the admin password whenever you try to install or run something as an administrator. Previously, you did not encounter this issue even though you were not the admin.

There could be a few reasons why this is happening. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Try the Default Administrator Account: Windows usually has a default administrator account that is hidden. You can try accessing it by following these steps:
a. Restart your PC and press the F8 key repeatedly until a boot menu appears.
b. From the boot menu, select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt."
c. In the command prompt, type "net user administrator /active:yes" without quotes and press Enter.
d. Restart your PC again and see if the "Administrator" account appears on the login screen. If it does, try logging in using that account and check if you can perform administrative tasks.

2. Use a Password Reset Disk: If you previously created a password reset disk, you can use it to reset the password for your administrator account. Here's how:
a. Insert the password reset disk into your PC.
b. On the login screen, click on "Reset Password."
c. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password for your administrator account.

3. Contact the Call Center Company: Since you mentioned that you bought the PC from a call center company, it's possible that they have implemented certain security measures that require admin credentials. In such cases, it's best to reach out to them and ask for assistance. They may be able to provide you with the necessary credentials to access the admin account.

If none of the above solutions work, you may need to consider reinstalling the operating system or seeking the help of a professional technician.

I apologize for the repetition. If you have already tried the methods mentioned above and none of them have worked, it may be necessary to explore other options. Here are a few additional suggestions you can consider:

1. Use a Third-Party Password Reset Tool: There are various third-party software tools available that can help you reset or bypass the administrator password on your computer. These tools often work by creating a bootable disk or USB drive that you can use to reset the password. However, it's important to exercise caution when using such tools and ensure that you obtain them from reputable sources.

2. Reinstall the Operating System: If all else fails and you are unable to regain access to the administrator account, you may need to consider reinstalling the operating system. This will involve formatting your hard drive and reinstalling Windows from scratch. However, please note that this process will result in the loss of all data on your computer, so it is crucial to back up any important files beforehand.

3. Seek Professional Assistance: If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the issue on your own or if you have exhausted all possible solutions, it may be wise to seek the help of a professional technician. They will have the expertise and tools necessary to diagnose and resolve the problem effectively.

Remember, when encountering issues with the administrator account, it's always essential to ensure that you have proper authorization and permission to perform administrative tasks on your computer.

May admin account talaga yan since galing yan sa call center. Pede mo subukan gamitin ang HD sa ibang unit. Try mo mag install ng Linux if you know. Most of the times magkaka access ka sa files mo but be cautious, baka mas lalong lumala. As for admin access, may mga paraan jan for sure, but either gagastos ka or uubusin time mo. In the end, reformat mo, lalo na nagamit na siya before. Should always start fresh. You never know iniispyan ka na.
