Tama, malaking bahagi ang tao sa pagka-sira ng ekosistem. Pero boss, paano yung mga natural causes like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, diseases? Tao din ba ang may gawa?

Isa rin akong atheist dati, life experience lang ciguro kaya at mga nabasa ko at nakita at nararamdaman.

There is something when you pray "God give me strength" and "God thank you for everything even though your in the worst part of your life" It gives you some hope and peace that a supreme being is guiding you. For smart people we are like empty headed people following and praying for an imaginary creator written on a storry book but for some of us wed rather be called fool than to be called wise. Pray for strength and peace of mind. Just try it sometime.

The reason is because of our CHOICE. We call it, FREEWILL. It is the objective truth of any decision we make.

Bad experiences about religion. Gained knowledge about anything, et cetera are all subjective reasons. They are just catalysts of our choices, depending on which you will lean upon.

Because bad experiences can be turned to good if you want to. Gained knowledge can be used for good too, if you want to. So the CHOICE is still yours, not by anyone else or any outside force.

In short, people become Atheist because of their own WILL or CHOICE. And I'm not saying that they made a bad choice. It's their life..

Let us not make it complicated why would you believe a scientist who always claims existance of another human life outside our solar system if they cant even explore the whole earth and do something about the world slowly turning into an oven. Yes the universe is huge and wonderful but let us first do something about earths waste and unexplored areas maybe we can discover that there could be a blackhole somewhere else here on earth. Also scientist believes on the blackhole thing though they dont yet touch it or get close to it. And we students in the school are programmed to believe what the books says which some actually not existing or a lie for example is our country history. They claim that filipinos before are nuts and not civilize tracing back the true history filipinos before have their datus and already trading to other country like china. Dont always trust what the world government is teaching to us. Based on what ive read and watched.

I will not say that life is impossible beyond earth. However, when you say that it is not impossible, how do you know?Where are your data or evidence that life-forms are somewhere else in the universe?I dont say it is impossible or non-existent beyond Earth. The point here is that when you assume you hold the logical reasoning or scientific principles, at least you may instead correctly say that there MAYBE life somewhere else in the universe. Back your arguments with concrete evidence.

It's a near certainty that life exists outside of earth because the universe is predictable and apparently deterministic (exactly why we can conduct scientific inquiry into it) as opposed to the creationists' conception of nature being unpredictably whimsical with gods controlling it at will.

The formation of life is relatively straightforward giving the right conditions and ingredients (both of which are more than abundant), that you can easily INFER the existence of alien life somewhere else in an unbelievably massive universe. There's no physical evidence yet. It's still pure statistical probability. Rationalism (logical deduction based on already known variables and conditions) and empiricism (observational evidence) are both properties of science. Aliens are logical that's why scientists are continually hunting for their evidence. God's are not.

The only way for life to be impossible to exist outside earth is if there's a god who has, apparently, only decided to create one planet with life in it.

There's no "other side of the fence" in science and philosophy. Both disciplines, as aforementioned, are characteristically materialistic and atheistic. There's no theistic science, and theism is confined only in an insular, stagnant philosophical subdiscipline. Theist scientists/philosophers are a fringe minority who have to compartmentalize their irrational magical beliefs and their profession with a great degree of cognitive dissonance.
