Sino dito ang maka-traditional role at sino naman ang maka-reverse role in terms of work , relationship and sa lahat-lahat na? Gusto ko malaman kung anong gender role ang para sa iyo na ideal o ika nga perfect sa iyo at bakit? Bakit niyo nasabi at anong advantage para sa iyo?

I think it is really better to be fluid with roles.

Example, noon kabataan ko, trabaho ko mag ahente ng overpriced na massage bed. Pagdating sa sales, mas may advantage ang feminine traits, at saka pagiging outgoing para mas madali mambola ng costumer.
So, napagkakamalan akong bakla or silahis, pero hindi nila alam it is just a persona. In reality kabaligtaran ako nung akala nila.

Similarly, pag babae nmn ay nasa leadership role, mas makakabuti mag adopt ng masculine traits (non emotional, nontransparent,). This is why meron tayong perception na baka tibo o matandang dalaga sila. Which again, may (or may not) be just a persona for the task at hand.

Sa relationship nmn, wala tlgang bearing sa isang mature na relationship ang gender roles kung between sa partners lang. Pero pag may anak na sa equation, meron mga physiological factors ang magiging reason na maging challenge ang role reversal. It is easier to turn to the traditional. Though, it's still a case to case basis.

we just had our yearly gender awareness and development seminar last December 17, 2022 at itong post mo is somewhat related sa mga topics doon, but instead of reverse role it is the flexi role that was promoted removing any gender bias in terms of work, so gender now does not matter at all

yung reversion kasi will disable the traditional, but since you confirm that flexi pala edi nice, ok naman talaga yung flex, yung traditional setup is a spanish culture passed on to us during the colonization
