Closed Virus attack on laptop??

Mga ka phc, pa help naman mawala yung virus na controlado nya yung settings ng PC, ayaw mag open yung settings, kapag nag CLI click ako sa settings ay hindi nabubuksan yung settings, anong klaseng virus/malware yung tumama sa laptop?
Ano gagawin ko para matanggal yung virus na ko mo control sa settings ng PC,(ayaw mag open yung settings).

Shutdown mo tapos power on sabay pindot sa f8 ng paulit ulit hanggang makita mo yung advance options tapos safe mode piliin mo. Try mo

Thats .lnk files. ask google how to disable .lnk extensions. Try lang gudluck

If ayaw parin mag pa click kahit naka safemode ka na. try mo mag system restore at mag scan ng anti virus via bootable disk or usb? hanap ka sa google nag kalat dyan mga bootable anti virus scan gaya ng Comodo

tignan mo if may mga unwanted na extensions na naka install sa chrome mo, uninstall mo lahat yung mga alam mong extensions na hindi naman dapat nasa chrome mo.

then type mo sa search bar "chrome://restart"

ganyan din ksi nangyari dun sa pc nung kaibigan ko dati, everytime na bagong open yung chrome niya nag o auto start up ng mga random pages. so i did try to reset his browser and restarted the pc pero same parin dahil yung mga intrusive files na nagbibigay nung said problem is located in another directory from your pc na hindi nasasama sa reset nung chrome, last thing na ginawa ko is uninstalled using revo uninstaller and deleted the residue files then fresh install again. dun nag ok na yung chrome niya.

need ma delete yung mga files and folder na ginawa ng virus na detected ni anti virus or ni malwarebytes saka reset si browser need dapat sa safemode at turn off yung system restore bago gawin mga yon dami nag kalat dyan sa google search mga procedure at kay YøùTùbé about sa sinasabi ko work and tested naman maganda din yan si revo para madali makita yung mga file na created ni apps or newly created
