ano po daily routine nyo para pumayat or as is lang yung weight? so far nag gain talaga ako ng weight simula nung pandemic hai .. may tips po ba kayo dyan
 
gamitin mo spinal fluid mo... joke lang po. 😂

pero diba pag weight loss regular lang naman na kailangan is excercise, diet/fasting etc.
 
Exercise, fasting at gamit ka ng smaller plates. Kailangan mo lng kumbinsihin ang isip mo na sapat na yung kinain mo. Kain karin ng saging.
 
water fasting 3days, jumprope, diet, apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp per day grabe dyan ako pumayat sa acv.
 
Legit bayung sa black coffee na lalagyan ng kalamansi pampaliit raw ng tiyan?
Madami ako nabasa hindi daw. Pero mas legit ang intermitten fasting at minimize carbo at sweets. proven ko yan at sa umaga inum ka water with Apple cider vinegar pero if may pure suka niyog ka pwede yon alternative para mura. ,,😁
