Basa lang ng basa ng English and how to pronounce every single word correctly. Sa Google everyday ko ginagawa yan.

Edge mo yan..Kasi SHS grad ka. Minimum requirements kasi ngayon yung SHS grad with or w/o experience. Bihira na yung may tumatanggap ng HS graduate old curriculum unless may BPO exp. ka na.

Tips sa interview. Basta wag ka lang kakabahan, be confident sa mga answers mo, there's no right or wrong sa ibang tanong, they're just gauging on delivery of your responses. Eye to eye contact, don't slouch during interview, keep your answers SHORT and SIMPLE and most of all confidence is the key.

Just the basics. You just have to acquire your government numbers like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN. Secure NBI as well, School records like diploma or TOR, Birth certificate, Medical and ID pic. Resume minsan kelangan but most of the time may application form na thru online or walk-in.

hahahaha nabasa ko na. Common thing na to sa Bpo kasi may mga kkilala ako na ayun MOMOL sila minsan sa Cr or Fire Exit, o kaya after shift derecho pulang building hahhaa.

Before ako nag join sa BPO I worked as a construction worker,na curious Lang ako Kung ano bang kalakaran sa Call Center,bago ako nag apply I watched tips on YøùTùbé on how to pass the interview,most common questions and how you can answer it with confidence.I used my previous job that others may think irrelevant sa position na aaplayan ko,It's always up to you on how you can turn a disadvantage to an edge..

Currently employed po ako as call center agent sa isang known company at nakaWAH setup din ako as of the moment. Ask ko lang if pwede gamitin for virtual meetings like MS teams, Zoom, Google Meet yung PC na provided nila? IThank you so much in advance po sa sasagot
