Hello guys! I just want to remind you and to let you know my thoughts about
social media, that spending too much time on social media can…

-Lower one’s self-esteem
-Lead to feelings of loneliness
-Trigger jealous thoughts
-Damage one’s sense of self

So turn the media off.
Stop Scrolling.
Turn away from the chaos in the world for a little while,
spend more time enjoying a good book,
catching up with friends and family,
or maybe even refocusing your mind. Now,
whatever it is you choose to do,
don’t get sucked down the rabbit hole and no,
that doesn’t mean you have to completely surrender your social media accounts.
It’s all about adopting healthier social media habits instead.

Social Media detox is a must. Everyday, it gets more intoxicating. The more you scroll, the more you intoxicate yourself from the pretentious world of Social Media.

Moderation is what we need not elimination. Dates of calendars move forward and so as technology. There is no such thing remains status quo. Social media is way very helpful if to be used moderately. We don't have to go back to stone age just because some people got intoxicated.

While there are people who genuinely use social media to stay connected with friends and family, there are some painfully pretentious people trying so hard to become someone they're not. And it's sad.

Kaya rin dumadami yung cases of suicide lately eh. Tapos patuloy pa nag-iincrease yung mga taong may depression at anxiety.

I just hope people get to honestly enjoy living in the present moment, instead of just portraying their ideal selves on social media. It's not beneficial, in my opinion.

True! Too much of something is bad. Kaya ako, once in a while, nagso-social media detox ako. And it helps. Nakaka-calm siya ng mind.

It makes you lose your focus also! Lalo na kapag ang dami mong ginagawa then you check social media, nakakawala ng productivity. Haha!
