The Philippines was not really "discovered" by one single person, as it had already been inhabited by various indigenous groups for thousands of years before the arrival of foreign explorers. Ferdinand Magellan, a Portuguese explorer, is often credited with "discovering" the Philippines in 1521 on behalf of Spain. However, there is evidence that Chinese traders and other groups had already visited the islands prior to Magellan's arrival.

So what is the first group entered in Philippines ?
The first humans to arrive in the Philippines were the various Austronesian-speaking peoples who migrated from Taiwan and other parts of Southeast Asia around 4000 BC. These early settlers eventually established various complex societies and cultures across the archipelago, including the kingdoms of Tondo and Maynila on the island of Luzon, the Sultanate of Sulu in Mindanao, and the Rajahnate of Butuan in the Visayas. The Philippines has a rich and diverse cultural heritage that reflects the influences of these various indigenous groups as well as the many foreign powers that have tried to colonize and control the islands over the centuries.
