Goodpm mga boss, pahelp naman po lahat po ng files ko cadq format,

natry ko na po i open with other apps, pati easus recovery but still same issue parin po. Thanks po

Try mo ibahin yunt file name

Kung ano ba talaga type ng file nya like pag document is .docx or video naman .mp4

Enable mo yung "Show file extension." baka kasi naka-disable.
