Good day to you too!

Yes, I remember the live stream you're referring to with Dogie. It sounds like you're interested in using a similar concept where the character in your live stream mimics the movements of a dog. This can definitely be achieved with the right setup and software.

To achieve this effect, you would need to use motion capture technology. Motion capture involves recording the movements of a person or object and applying those movements to a digital character. In this case, you would need to record the movements of a dog and then map those movements onto your digital character in real-time during your live stream.

There are several ways you can do this. One common method is to use a motion capture suit or markers placed on the dog's body to track its movements. The data from the motion capture session can then be processed and applied to the character in real-time using software like Unreal Engine or Unity.

Another approach is to use computer vision techniques to track the dog's movements. This can be done using cameras that track the dog's position and orientation in space. The data from the cameras can then be used to animate the character in real-time.

Both of these methods require some technical knowledge and equipment, so it may be worth reaching out to a professional in the field of motion capture or streaming to help you set up the system. They can guide you through the process and recommend the best hardware and software for your specific needs.

I hope this helps! Good luck with your live stream, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
