tips naman para mapadali ang pagtulog. kahit ano gawin kong style na paghiga di talaga ako nakakatulog mas lalo na kung nag aaway kami

I relax ang isipan, damhin ang kama, ang bagalan huminga. Kumbaga dapat marating mo yung relax state mo, tapos kusa na lang makakatulog.

work out gang mapagod ka. rest 2-3hrs bago matulog at ligo muna para marelax katawan, bago matulog iclear mo muna isip mo at wag mag isip ng kung ano ano. pwede ka manood ng movie,anime pampaantok wag p**n :ROFLMAO: pag inantok na wag pigilan kasi hirap kana matulog. ilayo ang cp, ioff ang ilaw. goodnyt.

Mag work out ka hanggang pag pawisan ka ok na kahit 10 mins lang tapos maligo ka pagka higa mo nasa heaven kana
