Closed Help uli mga masters about creating vpn apps

mga masters,panu po gumawa ng vpn apps for android and windows os? kung mahirap po sa windows,kahit android lang po..need ko lang po sa research namin,mas maganda po kasi kung sariling gawa namin ang ma i present namin sa defense..
alam ko mahirap siguro gumawa pero wala naman siguro imposible sa taong pursigido..hehe
sa december 11 po ang defense namin,makakaya pa ba namin gumawa ?
