Closed Google play services stopped

Hello po! My phone was reformatted last December kasi naboot loop yung phone and nung nag install na po ako ng Google Play hindi siya nagbubukas.

Ang lagi lang pong lumalabas is "Google Play Services has stopped"

Tanong lang po kung ano po bang dapat kong gawin? Huhu thank you sa sasagot.
