Closed Globe postpaid help throttled down to slower speed help

Im a postpaid subs pero ayun nga every month lagi na lang nathrottle down, is there a way for me na mabypass yun throttle using vpn or a change in my apn mejo hassle na. Im trying shadowsocks pero ganon pa din kabagal. Khit nakaconnect sa vpn.

Anong klasing plan yan boss? Ang alam ko kasi lahat ng plan nila kahit abs sim .may capp nah..maghanap ka sa fb para ma refresh yan.pero merong tf yun..
