G·TM Globe and Gcash mobile transaction failure

Guys, are you experiencing the same issues in Gcash or Globe?

1. Balance inquiry - hour late response
2. send money from gcash to other bank - amount deducted but still no confirmation received if transaction push through or not

This happens today from 7am up to now?
