Ano ba kaseng kinakain nyo ako marami akong kinakain na kanin buong araw ako nag kakanin pero heto payat talaga ako inangyan tinatangkad ko lang! Any tips ang payat ng kamay ko braso okay naman (Ops di sa pagjajangkol ha!) Syempre sa pag push ups 😬
 
Well nasa genes mo yan or something lack of nutrients when you are growing up. It's your bones are small and maybe you need to do gym style exercise and take calcium also 🤗.

Much protein mga meat like baboy, baka, kinakain ko naman yan to build growth muscle hys di naman masyadong payat pero bumubukol kase yung buto haha

Maganda ang mabilis ang metabolism kasi you can gain more strength pag nagpapakabatak sa physical na aspeto and makes your body bigger kasi natutunaw mo siya at di fats ang magpapataba sayo kundi laman (Muscle).
 
By the way gaining big body needs physical aspect not computer doings harharhar 😈. It makes you look more thin and unhealthy kasi ang kamay lang ang gumagana, mata at isip lang 😅.
 
Basta if you do some exercise and plus kain ng masustansyang pagkain at vitamins. Believe in yourself 🤗. Minsan sa katamaran din yan at walang katapusan sa pagiisip na paano tumaba or lumaki ang katawan na it turns out stress kaya di rin nagwo-work. Go with the flow, discipline sa diet, and work out.
