Hi there!

Based on the information you provided, it seems like you are facing a power issue with your PC. Here are some suggestions to help you troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check the power connections: Make sure that all the power cables are securely connected to the motherboard, graphics card (if applicable), and other components. Also, try using a different power outlet or power cable to rule out any issues with the power source.

2. Check the CPU fan: Ensure that the CPU fan is properly connected to the motherboard and is running smoothly. If the fan is not spinning or making unusual noises, it could indicate a problem with the CPU or motherboard.

3. Check the graphics card (if applicable): If you have a dedicated graphics card, remove it and try booting your PC using the integrated graphics (if available). If the issue persists, it could indicate a problem with the motherboard or other components.

4. Reset the BIOS: Sometimes, resetting the BIOS to its default settings can resolve power-related issues. To do this, locate the CMOS battery on your motherboard and remove it for a few minutes. Then, reinsert the battery and try booting your PC again.

5. Test with minimal hardware: Disconnect all unnecessary peripherals and expansion cards from your PC, including USB devices, sound cards, and additional hard drives. Leave only the essential components (CPU, RAM, motherboard, power supply) connected and see if the issue persists. If your PC successfully boots up, gradually reconnect the other components to identify the problematic one.

If none of the above solutions work, it could indicate a more serious hardware problem with your motherboard or CPU. In that case, I would recommend contacting a professional technician or bringing your PC to a computer repair shop for further diagnosis and repair.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
