Robredo has no CIF
Binay has none to small CIF

Then, why Sarah Duterte has bigger Confidential Funds? Saan napupunta ang Budget?

Education and National Security are two different agencies.

Can you mention the terrorist groups that were involved in recruiting elementary and high school students? (from grade 1 to grade 12)
di ko alam inteliggence nila, you can try ask sa FOI. but i think di ka naniniwala, you can go to warzone sa mindanao, or pwede ka manghinge mga video ng laban nila, meron sa fb - direct message.

If there is uncertainty about the truth, how can educators prevent the alleged recruitment? Shouldn't the primary goal of DepEd be solely to assist children in their education? Perhaps law enforcement agencies, such as the police and military, are better equipped to handle such matters.

tama naman dapat nasa department kung saan focus sa national security but they can both department collbarate din naman. they wont request naman siguro kung walang nagrereklamo, tandaan ko mga nagrereklamo sa news mga parent na narecruit mga anak nila. hopefully yung dapat department matutoto kay duterte, para naman ito sa mga bata.

I think alam mo naman - intelligence funds, to fight terrorist recruitment especially at schools. ang dapat tanong sulit ba?

yung problema paganon, tas yung solusyon paganon

Is it wise to compromise the budget for quality and world-class education of our children to shield them from terrorists? What would be the consequences if their education suffers from poor quality? Given the current education crisis, shouldn't we prioritize the children's education quality?

Disregarding the safety of students in the presence of terrorists and harmful beliefs is not just unwise, but an evil course of action. hindi naman kailangan buo yung budget. portion lang yan ng budget ng deped. dapat balanse tayo.

Apart from the allocated budget for the so-called anti-recruitment campaign in the DepEd, have they implemented any other programs? It would be wise for departments to prioritize multiple programs. For instance, the Department of Health could collaborate with the Bureau of Customs, or the Bureau of Internal Revenue could establish a program with the Commission on Audit.

In light of this, is there a concern regarding the effectiveness of the military, particularly the intelligence department, or a lack of trust in their ability to safeguard our people, including our children? It seems that additional responsibilities are being placed on teachers, school staff, and parents to protect our children.

Iklian ko lang, yes they can collaborate sa kahit anong departamento. kahit BOC pa or BIR :)

its not additional responsibility ng mga staff ng school at parent yan kundi talagang responsibilidad nila yan, come on.

that could be the result of re-audit since noong nag pandemic hindi nagpa inventory ng school buildings at kakabalik lang ng yearly submission of school building inventory (alam ko ito kasi ako ang in-charge sa school building inventory noong nasa DepED pa ako) at 2 years din na walang na-contruct na school buildings due to pandemic kaya ayan nag spike kasi meron iyan dapat regular construction of school buildings because enrollment is always going up yearly

Right, but still...
It's obvious that she doesn't care about building classrooms when you see that the total projected budget of P61.2 billion for the implementation of mandatory ROTC could build 24,480 classrooms !
