try reinstall the driver

irollback mo, may option dyan sa properties

try uninstalling the bluetooth driver.
tapos punta ka sa windows update at i click mo ang check for updates lalabas ang bluetooth driver mo tapos install mo.

Ssame issue sa lenovo ideapad, ayaw gumana ng bluetooth at kung gumana man, bigla na lang magdi-disconnect. after some troubleshooting and research, nalaman ko na hardware issue pala. Di gagana ang wifi kapag open ang bluetooth kaya dapat isa lang ang naka-open.

just buy buetooth usb, para di ka na mastress. sana nakatulong ako
