"In the past, many countries benefitted greatly from US". Seriously????? Like they created a huge mess in 'nam, been a major part of killings in 'raq, 'ghanistan? Used and left depleted uranium in Iraq, just like what they did in 'nam.

You sound like burying your head in the sand.
The US did not overthrow governments. It only backed coups and revolutions in countries struggling with military dictatorships and communist insurgencies. Even the Soviets and Nazis were involved in coups from countries the US meddled in. The US intervention prevented the spread of communism and fascism in some of these countries.

In a war, it is not who has the shiniest toy that decides the outcome. It is who can inflict the most damage. Look at nazi germany when they tried to conquer russia. They had the best tech. They probably even win in kill ratio. But ultimately they were whipped like a dog with their tails tucked behind their legs. So is Vietnam war.

They did not overthrew govts they do not like??? Too much fallacy here.

So what if a country is fascist or a communist or they stick to their primitive way of living? Who the f**ck is US to decide what best for these people? Let them decide for themselves.

Your point of view is being clouded by admiring the US too much, to the point that you are not seeing the mess they have created.

The US overthrew governments that did not serve its best interests. Who the **** gave them the right to do so? No one. That's exactly what imperial, colonial and super powers do. Why did the ancient Greeks expand their empire to Persia and Northeast Africa, the Romans to Arabia and North Africa, the Arabs to India and Northern Africa, the Mongols from East Asia to Eastern Europe, the Spanish to the Americas and even the Philippines or the British to most of the world while slaughtering and displacing local populations, subverting their governments, crushing resistance and imposing their own politics, economics and cultures upon their conquered nations? Even the Soviets did the same as the US albeit not as successfully. Both the US and the USSR worked hard to overthrew governments in different countries and tried to install the ones that serve their own interests.

Intervention is as ancient and well-established an instrument of foreign policy as are diplomatic pressure, negotiations and war. From ancient times to this day, powerful states have found it advantageous to intervene in the affairs of other states on behalf of their own interests and against the latters' will.

The chances of someone winning an all-out war against another one who's more powerful in every metric and more experienced, and have bigger backing from even more powerful allied forces are slim to none. The US might lose in a regional war like in the Vietnam war but they're impossible to beat in an all-out war like in the previous two world wars.

Bakit US government?

All the US did was say, "oopsie". US has never been held accountable in any of its atrocious, senseless wars.

Trump’s tariffs on Chinese imports hurt American businesses

Over the past year, the US has placed about $200 billion in tariffs on Chinese goods, in part to make Chinese products more expensive so Americans don’t buy them. The administration has also placed steep tariffs on all imported steel, angering other major US trade partners.

The idea was to level out the trade deficit and make China buy more US goods, but, as expected, China responded by slapping its own tariffs on American imports. And Trump’s steep tariffs on all imported steel and aluminum, which went into effect in March, have led other US trading partners to add their own retaliatory duties on American goods, including dairy, pork, apples, and potatoes.

HONG KONG -- China is expected to overtake the U.S. to become the world's largest consumer of goods this year despite a slowdown in the economy and retail sales, according to a research report.

Wala masyadong common people na nainvolved .

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The collateral damage of the United States' trade wars is being felt from the fjords of Iceland to the auto factories of Japan.

The United States, the world's largest importer, started a bitter tariff war with China, the world's largest exporter, 15 months ago. U.S. President Donald Trump is also in the midst of renegotiating, and sometimes upending, trade relationships with many of Washington's top trading partners.

EUROPE'S PAIN:
The damage is being particularly felt in European countries which "rely on exports and are open to trade," the European Union's Economic and Financial Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici said.

NO AMERICAN IMMUNITY:
The United States hasn't been immune from the impact of the trade wars. American farmers have been particularly hurt by Chinese tariffs on U.S. agricultural products, prompting the Trump administration to give billions in aid to the farm belt.

EMERGING MARKETS DISENGAGE:
The trade tensions are helping to spur a push among African nations to create a more self-reliant continent. "We must take it upon ourselves to grow trade among ourselves," said Ukur Yatani Kanacho, Kenya's acting cabinet secretary for treasury.

Other emerging markets are also coming under pressure.

"Ukrainian exporters faced worsened conditions in global commodity markets,"
Making matters worse, "the intensification of geopolitical conflicts led to rising oil and natural gas prices in the world,"
-Kateryna Rozhkova, the deputy governor of the country's central bank

The Gulf region was also affected by trade tensions and the resulting slowdown in investment, although geopolitical concerns – about Iran, for example – were another major factor.
"Trade tensions create uncertainty and nobody is insulated from uncertainty,"
-Bahrain's Finance Minister Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa

Mexico is edging closer to a recession that its officials say might be more difficult to reverse than during the last downturn more than a decade ago.

"The Great Recession basically caught everybody by surprise, but economies were willing to cooperate and work together to pull it out,"
"This slowdown is taking nobody by surprise, but there is very little appetite for cooperation."
-Mexican Finance Minister Arturo Herrera

halos walang kakampi ang iran sa middle east lahat ng bansa sa middle east gusto sila mawasak dahil ang iran ay shia country, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, PLO and even Israel lahat ng yan ay may alyansa a Holy Jihad to destroy iran and to eradicate Shia Islam in the middle east

malapit na mapasakamay nito ang buong middle east using their nuclear power

at isusunod nila ang america for sure yan
