sa baguhan you need to have basic skills sa programming na tinuturo sa schools if meron kana nung mga basic tuloy tuloy na yun.

Sa side ko based on my experience depende lagi sa scrum master/ lead ang approach sa pagdedevelop.

if gusto mo matanggap agad look for "start-up" companies. hindi sila maarte pag dating sana mga i-hire and also need nila nung makakasama from the bottom start n magiging pioneer.

pero kung gusto mo gumaling may 2 recommended ako na maganda pasukan if fresh grad ka.
