Grabe!! ano kaya ito?? ni-reset ko na yung laptop ko at ganito pa rin lumalabas, ano po kaya problem neto??? kainis kanina pa siya nagpapop up ughhh e licensed naman itong laptop ko, yung OS niya po. huhu Salamat sa sasagot po!

restart laptop without the lan...
try to forget network na connected
try do disable/enable ung network
check for the updates ng drivers....

Open ka po kahit anong office , click mo po ung file sa upper left hanapin mo account tapos ung about word kung ms word ung ginamit mo. makikita mo po dun. nag ru run naman po yata kahit 32 bit ung installed office e kahit 64 bit lappy mo.

About the OS, if your license is legit and you still have your receipt and warranty then you can try to inquire the nearest station of the brand of your laptop. The reason is that every laptop has a serial number which will identify if you had an authentic OS. Some brands may require you to register online about your product (like acer) in which you can also avail some perks or updates too.

But if this doesnt help or too much work for you then try this too:

About Office 365, IMO it sucks as it require you to subscribe for a limited time only unlike any other versions which is permanent. Uninstall it and get office 2007 or 2016 that is activated, it gets the job done without the unnecessary convolution.
