Not really, don't forget there is a growing threat of the collective effort of the middle east (islam nations). Some of them are pulling out alliances with Israel and discarding the Abraham accord. Iran alone has the tech and motive. And suicide is embedded in the character of these nations in the name of the holy war (Jihad).

Conflict is always present no matter of what era, but no one is fool enough to start a world war as any fool who would do so will be facing the might of NATO and the mighty State of Isarael, the chosen people of God.
