hello po guys, ask ko lang sana bakit ba ganon mga nakakasalamuha mo gym laging gusto nilang mag bro split ka, hit 1 core a day, they wanted me to workout 5-6 days a week just like them, even yung mga bantay don sa gym? after a long year kase now lang ulit ako nkpag try mag gym, kase tumaba talga ko this year sguro netong april 65kg ako then now bumaba nako sa 53, then i decided to go to gym pra i carrer yung pag papaliit ko. so medyo busy schedule din tlga ko kase after working 12 hours a day, ng aaral pako abt 1hr hanggat maari, then yung workout ginawa ko 3 times a week aya pinipilit ko mataas atleast 1hr full body workout. so yun nga ganon ba ka bad yung 3 times full body workout, than 5-6 bro split? kase the way na sa pag sasabi nila saken na ganito ganyan parang they feel sorry about what im doing at dko alam ginagawa ko, naparang tingin nila kung ano nlng mabuhat ko, bth i found a good fully body workout A and B sa tagal kong ng reasearch din bago mg workout.
 
the type would depend on your time (mostly) and kung saan nahihiyang yung katawan mo. Mahirap iapply ang bro split kung busy ka sa work. Ako thrice a week lng nagwoworkout spaced evenly in a week pero full body. So nahihit ko each body part ng atleast 18sets per week. And so far nagkakaroon naman ako ng progress dahil mas mataas na nagagawa ko during overload after awhile.
eventually, your growth will depend on alot of factors namely nutrition, work out volume, intensity, length of recovery among others.
