Hi I like to change my skinny body, basically I want to change mindset, body, and fashion. Gusto ko mag Gym para maging maayos yung katawan ko not so bulky parang makikita mo lang na may muscles and sakto ang taba mo ganun. Anyone baka meron kayong routing or exercises sa gym na pwedeng eshare yung good for beginners and sana ano dapat gawin before and after workout sa gym I want to be more confident sa sarili ko and look more confident. Thank you in advance. Hindi ko sure about sa nakikita kong mga tiktok vids na dapat sinusukat pa yung calories etc. May nag recommend rin sakin 5 eggs a day kahit 3 yolks and puro whites na yung rest. Can you give me more exercises na dapat gawin sa gym.
Mostly kinakain ko lang gulay manok isda baboy kumakain naman ako ng salad sa 7/11 nabili ako.
