Closed Windows wont load or display desktop

ask lang po ako bakit ayaw mag load ng desktop ko... ok naman sa booting nya pero sa "Starting windows"
bigla itong mag tuturn-off or mag re-restart ng kosa.

Sira napo ba ang hard drive ko ? If ever sira na nga, ang hard drive po ba ay compatible kahit anung uri,
try ko kasi sanang palitan nga iba. Di lang ako sure kung anung klase ng hard drive ang bibilhin ko

Pagkapress mo ng power button press mo f7 or f8 or f9 magpapakita doon iyong list safe mode dapat mapindot mo iyon before windows logo para magpakita

Mga ka PH.. solve na ang problema ko sa PC... ang galing tama nga yung method na binigay nyu, medjo matagal nga lang ma reformat dahil sa luma na ang CPU ko (old model) pero naayos rin sa wakas..
