Weight gain question

Mga sir gusto ko mag gain ng weight kaso wala akong time mag gym. Madami kase nag sasabi mag gym daw para mag gain ng weight. May school pa kase ako,18 years old plang ako. Eh may plano ako na kung uminom na lang ako ng whey protein baka sakaling magkaroon naman ako ng laman. Ang tanong ko mag kakaroon kaya ako ng laman kung umiinom lang ako ng whey protein at hindi nag gygym? Tsaka ano pang product maliban sa whey protein?

magkakakron ka ng laman pero di muscle baka tabs yun haha pwede ka nman sa bahay mag buhat buhat or mag lifting para mabuild yan pain and gain nga daw

Dagdagan mo lang rich in fats ang kinakain mo, and one thing protein is for muscle. I suggest eat an extra meal, eat balot with one beer per day, pancit combine rice, fats of meat etc.

Kung weight gain lang kanin katapat nyan...kung muscle naman push up lang ginagawa ko...maraming target na muscle yon from arms, chest, abs and leg muscle.

tama ang mga comments ts. ako dati push up lang din tuwing paggising..kumain ka ng masagana sa protein o kahit anong pagkain na maganda.light lang before the exercise para may energy ka and damihan mo kain after the exercise.ako nilagang itlog lang bago magexercise tas dadamihan ko kain ko ng kanin na may kasamang ulam kumakain din ulit ako ng itlog pero di ko na sinasama yung pula,puti na lang kinakain ko para sa protein after ng exercise,magprutas ka na rin para healthy.haha.pwede na yan.basta araw araw push up lang pero naglelevel up kunyari 20 push ups next day 25 push ups pataas ng pataas o kung hanggang saan makakaya mo.pwede din sabayan ng ibang exercise.makikita mo difference sa katawan mo..dati yun nung nagtrabaho na ako bumalik ulit pagkapayat ko kahit malakas pa rin ako kumain payat pa rin ako.tyan lang tumataba.haha.hindi na kasi nageexercise tinamad na.hahaha.

Mukhang calorie po ata ang need nya in order to gain weight even with out working out, at may factors like age, size, gender and activity level.
