I suggest something like Netlify with your choice of JAMstack. There are other Netlify alternatives but this one is good and free until you hit a threshold.

Maraming free o free tiers ngayon i.e. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, Alibaba, Heruko etc. Kung may budget ka naman bumili ka nalang ng domain like i.e. GoDaddy, may mga mumurahing domain naman like .xyz tapos bili ka nga basic na server.
