TIPS: REMOVE CGNAT on PLDT

I was just able to remove CGNAT easily by calling PLDTs 171 hotline and requesting it to be removed. Its the same process when I asked them to put my modem in Bridge mode too. So now my plex server is accessible to the web for my family use. hehe. ♥

Ano binigay na IP sayo ni PLDT? 49 series ba? Kamusta naman ang routing sayo ng unCGNAT? Sa akin kasi lumala latency at packet loss eh. Kaya bumalik nlng ako sa CGNAT.

kung naka 100 first colon cgnat na yan.. try and tested ko naman itong tips kasi pang residential ang account ko pero natanggal ko naman kaya lang di makuha sa isang tawag lang. 5x ako naka tawag isang araw lang pagitan

Sir pwede makita nung VLAN ID nang naremove na CGNAT sayo. Wala na kase yung 1039 at 1059 sa pldt.

tanong ko lang kung pupunta pa technician nila dito sa bahay para ma unCGNAT?

Nag request ako sa CS nila, isang tawag lng tapos wala pang 24 hours yung 100 na IP naging 122 na sia. Sinabi ko lang gagamitin sa work. Naka unCGNAT na rin ako

Ni refresh ng agent ang modem... now I only get <60mbps from 500mbps download. Trying to fix it with support right now. Sobrang headache

mapa remove or not remove sa cgnat talagang binibigyan talaga tayo ng sakit sa ulo itong PLDT no choice kasi wala na tayo pag pipili.an na ISP
