Help Surf2Sawa No internet Problem

Ask ko lang mga sir, sino naka experience dito na nawalan ng internet sa s2s, almost 6 months na kong user ng S2S ngayon lang nag ka problema, from 6am wala na kong internet. Ask ko lang po kung anong ginawa nyo?

Ganyan po lumalabas every time mag coconnect ako sa wifi, ginawa ko na po mag message sknila ni refresh na nila yung account ko saka nag saksak bunot na rin ako ng modem but still same pa rin lumalabas.
