Help Ssd frozen state

Hello guys tanong ko lang baka may nakaka alam dito. Ung ssd ko kc na frozen state kahit ano gawin ko hindi nabubura mga file, kahit anong format ko. Nag download na ko ng kingston ssd manager hindi naman na labas ung ssd ko sa ssd manager. Baka may makatulong maaus kopa ssd ko.
