PROCEDURE:
1. Download ZTE MF190 FIRMWARE
2. Extract ZTE MF190 FIRMWARE after download
3. Open QPST Configuration
Click "Add New Port"
select the port of your USB Modem
then click OK. You should see there SURFXXXX under Phone column.
Click "Start Client" (nasa taas menu bar)
click "EFS Explorer". You will see there the port with "SURFXXXX" na label
click OK. You will be presented with folders and files.
Do not touch the folders. Just to be sure,
save a copy of the following files before you delete them, 9 files all in all (this will serve as your original SmartBro MF190 Files). You can save a copy by highlighting all the files then right click. After saving a backup, DELETE the listed files.

• reset_cntr.bin
• pbm_phone_uid.dat
• pbm_master_v_20.dat
• ZTEMODEM.ISO
• UimEfsAPDULog.Txt
• NODOWNLOAD.FLG
• SWITCH.TMP
• AUTORUN.FLG

After deleting the files, close "EFS Explorer". You will be prompted to reset the device, just choose "No". Close "QPST Configuration".
4. Double Click "ZTE MF190 FIRMWARE" wait for it to detect the device then proceed. After ma update, the device will reset automatically and will install the dashboard na "dtac aircard" and will ask for the drivers again. Still follow the same process. Now, dashboards will pop-up, dtac aircard. Let the dashboards pop-up then simply close/exit
5. Unplug mo zte mf190 m0
6. Uninstall smartbro dashboard
7. Use ccleaner or kahit anong cleaner to clean your registry
8. Replug zte mf190 then okey na po yan..balik sa dating signal yang zte mf190 mo...msa malakas pa signal kaysa sa original na firmware...

nasira ko ata mf190 ko hahaha.. di na lumalabas ang cd rom nya.. pati yung phone connection, di na nadedetect.. hanggang 26/100 lang kasi sya tapos failed daw.. inulit ko 3x tapos 26/100 lang talaga sya

Good day sir! First off, maraming salamat for sharing this. New member po ako. i tried downloading the QPST. nagkakaerror po ako pag dating sa 4shared site. "This page cannot be found" daw po. HTTP Error 404 - File or Directory not found. May alternative po ba para dito? TIA!
