Mga Ka-PHC, ito ang mga kailangan para sa pagregistro ng inyong mga sim cards under Globe Telecom, TM, Globe at Home Prepaid o Postpaid.

Una, kailangan ikaw ay 18 years old and above. Kinakaliangan din na mayroon ka ng alin man sa mga sumusunod:

• Passport;
• Philippine Identification System ID, or the Philippine Identification Card;
• Social Security Service ID;
• Government Service Insurance System e-Card;
• Driver’s License;
• National Bureau of Investigation clearance;
• Police clearance;
• Firearms’ License to Own and Possess ID;
• Professional Regulation Commission ID;
• Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID;
• Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID;
• Bureau of Internal Revenue ID;
• Voter’s ID;
• Senior Citizen’s card;
• Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card;
• Person with Disabilities card; or
• Other government-issued ID with photo.

Paalala kinakailangan na hawak o nasa iyo ang mobile number na iyong ireregistro dahil ito ay may One Time Pin na ipapadala si Globe para maverify ang inyong registration.

Kung ikaw ay minor de edad, kinakailangan ng Identification ID at pahintulot mula sa iyong magulang o guardian.
Para naman sa mga business entities o kahilintulad nito: maaring magprovide ng SEC Registration o DTI Certificate of Registration at Board Resolution nang assigned assignatory o Special Power of Attorney appointing Authorized Signatories para sa Registration.

Buhat December 27, 2022, deactivated po ang lahat ng simcard na inyong mabibili at kinakailangan na iregistro ang inyong impormasyon para magamit ang serbisyo ng Globe.
