it is not the topic but the topic itself which is gun control is one feature of a bigger one which is martial law, hindi ko iniba yung topic, sinabi ko lang that the small one which is gun control is just one feature of martial law, and just so you know martial law is not only applicable to Philippines kaya it is so stu̾pid to have the big time law but not the small time law

E sino ba nagsabi dapat magkaroon ng "big time law but not the small time law?" And again, martial law is not the proposal in the US. So there is nothing stupid with anything in reality. The issue at hand is either gun control should be adopted or not. You are attacking an idea na ikaw lang din ang gumawa.
How about explaining why you assume that having gun law will make a positive difference, that outweighs the negative. Kasi what I said is that there is more negative in doing so, than the percieved difference.

ahaha kaya nga kasi meron nang provision yung mga constitutions for martial law, other constitutions term it as state of emergency, other constitutions have separate features for state of emergency and martial law

Maluwag din ang gun laws natin sa Pilipinas kumpara sa Japan, pero walang gaanong balita ng mass shooting within schools. So tingin ko, gun laws dont necessarily play a part in Japan's safety. Sadyang mbaba ang general violence sakanila even on non-gun related violence. It is more about the mindset ng mga tao, at security ng skwelahan.

America's problem should be seen more as a mental health crisis than a gun law crisis.

Marami nang uri ng kontrol na naipasa pero lahat ay walang epekto sa mga kriminal, dahil nga hindi nila sinusunod ang batas.

Ang tanging nagiging epekto ng mga kontrol ay kawalan ng laban ng mga law-abiding citizens sa mga kriminal. Tignan mo na lamang ang mga pinaka-recent mass shootings....nangyari lahat sa "gun free" zones. Malakas ang loob ng mga kriminal kapag alam nilang walang dalang baril na panlaban ang kanilang target.

ah ok kung ganoon agree na ako na it is not the solution, regulation will just add more problems lalo na't selective/discriminating as compared to banning guns altogether iyan mas lalong pinag-aaway ang mga parties
