1) Install Vegas Pro
2) Copy the .reg file depending on your system(32 or 64 bit) to your Sony Vegas installation folder
3) Run the .reg file
4) Run the key gen,select Sony Vegas Pro 13 from the dropdown, and click p atch, and follow the instructions
5) Run Sony Vegas Pro, and use the serial and authentication information from the key gen
6) Enjoy!


"Step 2.) The reg file is located with the key gen in the same folder
Step 4.) As for "follow the instructions", if you installed the program in the default location, you will first have to go to Program Files (not x86) and select the installation folder, then, the shared folder thing will be located in Program Files x86. It will be the only folder under Sony
Step 5.) Cut your Internet connection. Put in the serial, press activate online, put the information in (I used a fake address) and then continue. Press retry once, then cancel. That's when you put the authentication code in, and you're all set from there!"
