Kasali po ba ang Wireless Modems na issue ng telco sa devices na ma unlock ng telco?

inquiring wtrether wireless modems issued by telcos are induded in the devices that can be unlocked as per Memorandum Circufar (MC) No. 01-05-2019, Rules and Rqulations on UnlocKng of Mobile Phones and Devices. Relative thereto, may we inform you that wireless rnodems are devices that can be unlocked by telcos subject to the certain provisions of the abovementioned MC.
