Mali ka naman ulit eh.
KB/s is KiloBYTE per second. KBps is KiloBIT per seconds. Just remember na as long as merong "/" sa indicator, kiloBYTE yan and not KiloBIT.
If di mo parin tanggap na KB/s is NOT KBps. Eto, speedtest ako ha.
Again, I'll repeat this. 1mbps = 125KB/s. Triggered talaga ako ehh hindi yan KBps oi.

See? Kitang kita yan na 4mbps is roughly about 400KB/s. I used mobile data para lang mapakita yan. Kasi if nakaWiFi pupunta yan sa MB/s which is MegaBYTE per second, not MegaBIT.
Different kasi yan eh, yung KB/s is different from KBps. Please dapat intindihin niyo yan.
Hahahah kasi if KBps yan dapat 0.4mbps yung speed niyan.
DIFFERENT yung KB/s sa KBPS eh.
Also, since I'm here, magcomment nalang ako sa newer posts ni TS.

Nagdownload raw siya sa Playstore and it reaches 100+kb/s (~1mbps) but never 500+kb/s (~5mbps) daw.
He cleared it up naman. While downloading sa Playstore you should reach maximum speed ng net mo, unless 2mb lang yung dinadownload mo.
It's possible na merong Traffic Queuing si Dito na nagcha-change ng speeds.
I still side kay TS dito, kasi tinest niya na sa Playstore and di parin makaabot ng 5mbps (~625kb/s).
But, like the others. Dapat nagdownload siya ng file. Direct from browser.
Also may nakita rin akong iba dito na nagsasabing problema daw ng browser niya yun, not sure if ikaw yun pero... Since yung speed niya is less than 100mbps. Yung browser shouldn't be a factor jan.
(Edit: Ikaw nga yun hahahah, the only reason why 80KB/s lang yan sa browser is SERVER-side issues. Not all Servers are equal, different yung Server ng Playstire sa Server ng Website na inaaccess niiys through Chrome. That's why 80KB/s lang. Also again, traffic shaping might be in place. Yung Websites use TCP over Port 443 (HTTPS) while yung Playstore to my knowledge uses UDP over Port 80/443 (QUIC))
Only if speeds are greater than 100mbps yung browser mo baka di na kaya. Due to modern hardware naman ginagamit niya, I can rule out yung possibility na yung Browser ang may problema.
Conclusion ko is, merong traffic shaper si Dito, na nagpri-prioritize ng certain apps and sites. This isn't new though since ginagamit rin ni Smart at Globe ito. And yes, traffic shaping CAN fake speedtests.
Also not like you asked perk baka lang, network engineer ako. And I can confirm na KB/s (Mostly) is different from KBps hahahaha.
