- First hour, chit chat, usap usap, coffee, breakfast, wala lang, lakad lakad, inat inat. Check ng emails.
- Second hour, team meeting (one to two hours).. depende sa project.
- After meeting, snack uli and then trabaho (coding, photoshop, writing, etc.)
Meron taga harap sa cliente (or first contact ng cliente over the phone).....meron taga gawa ng mockup...... merong taga design ng database........ meron mga coders....and testers. (Read about AGILE software development)
Q3: Answer: "Mahirap kasi competitive. Maraming mga talents. Kailangan meron kang edge. PERO, think small....think of stepping-stone. Opportunities opens up all the time sa isang tech company and kung may potential ka at naramdaman nilang YOU ARE VERY VERY USEFUL, kukunin ka nila as full time. That's stepping stone. Makapasok ka lang sa pintuan nila.
...Keep this in mind, PORTFOLIO gives the best impression na makakapag bigay sa iyo ng FIRST INTERVIEW.
Research about the company, kung anong ginagawa, kung may technology ba, kaagano kalaki, ano ang integrated products or services. If you think there's a potential role for your skill/talent (ibig sabihin, kung may posibilidad bang magagamit mo ang iyong skill/talent)... go for it...that's also a stepping stone.
Kasi, there will be a time when they need some photoshopping, or coding or updating their website, or designing their marketing stuff..... then doon ka magpi-prisinta.
May kakilala Lang namn ako sa Fb na Gumagawa sya Ng Bukod Na Project Like Computer Games na Hinde Alam ng Team Nya.this is not a good thinking (sorry, hindi personalan).
- team is collaboration and everything is on the table to see. (at least yan ang method namin)
- this kind of thinking is poison sa isang team (honestly).
Individual or personal project yon.
