Help Required video format para ma-attached ang vid sa PHC thread

Good day PHC.

Ask lang po ako anong required video format ang dapat para mag attached ng video file sa thread dito sa PHC.
As what i know, dapat below 100mb at .mp4. Pero may mga videos ako na di ma-attached kahit below 100mb (32mb lang) at mababa resolution at bit rate nya.
Ang message ay "uploaded file is too large for the server to process..."
Ipa pa upload pa sa dropmb.
