reason:
- capable of recharging gadgets upto 18watts. it is fast enough..
and the powerbank itself can be recharged just as fast!. For me this is very important.
It wasn't as fast as 22.5 and 33watts charger but this is good enough for powerbank needs.
besides, those higher wattages comes with unreasonable high price.
It is smart enough to power 12V devices like LTE and Fibr modems without using special cable.
old microusb cable and dc male plug is enough.

Vivan's price is only around 620pesos on shopee.
This is the cheapest powerbank that has quick self recharging.
